We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our Reception desk. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, register guests, and manage any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will assist in serving and producing delicious beverages in our on-site restaurant.

Job Description

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. As a Customer Service Operations Manager, you will:

  • Greet and register owners and guests efficiently;
  • Provide information on local area attractions and amenities;
  • Manage guest issues promptly and professionally;
  • Assist in serving and producing beverages in our on-site restaurant;
  • Build, develop, train, and lead a team to promote high levels of customer service;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a Front Office & Food and Beverage department at a supervisory level (3 years minimum);
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Opera preferred);
  • Food and beverage experience highly regarded;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Detail-focused with an organized approach and ability to multitask;
  • Positive attitude, vibrant, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Bookkeeping/finance experience highly regarded;
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards;
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school/public holiday periods;
  • The capability to work in a fast-paced environment, both as part of a team and autonomously.
