What You'll Do

As a Guest Experience Host with Travel + Leisure Co., you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information about local attractions, and handling department-related paperwork.

This role requires a customer-obsessed individual who can provide exceptional experiences and facilitate bookings for our guests to enjoy the benefits of holidaying with Club Wyndham.

Requirements

  • You must have a genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • You should be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You should be an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual.
  • You are expected to maintain immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • You should have high levels of computer literacy.
  • Prior experience with a PMS system (Opera) is advantageous.
  • You should be able to identify and resolve problems in the workplace.
  • You may be required to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
