As a Guest Experience Representative, you will be the first point of contact for guest enquiries and group reservations across our network of hostels. You will have the opportunity to work with a fun and supportive team to provide a memorable experience for our guests.

You will be responsible for recommending and selling a range of products and services, accurately processing reservations and transactions, escalating queries to management or individual sites as appropriate, and working to ensure YHA guests have a five-star experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills both written and verbal. If you are a creative problem solver and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the perfect role for you.
