Non-Standard Service Request Specialist
Job Description
The Non-Standard Service Request (NSSR) Specialist plays a key role in assisting the NSSR manager to deliver successful NSSR and supports the Switchboard team as a switchboard operator, covering leave.
This specialist will be responsible for responding to client requests with plans for delivery of NSSR. They will coordinate equipment and resources to deliver NSSR within contracted Service Level Agreements (SLA).
The NSSR Specialist must ensure NSSR delivery fulfils agreed scope to required quality. They will prepare client status reporting and attend client meetings.
They are also responsible for managing resources to achieve planned margins.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in client service and administration.
- AGSVA baseline security clearance or ability to obtain this level of clearance.
- Previous experience in Project Administration, IT Service Managed, and/or ICT Infrastructure.
- Previous experience operating a switchboard is desirable.
