As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our stores are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and develop a team to ensure that all daily tasks and operations are covered
  2. Work closely with Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity and upcoming priorities
  3. Manage time and attendance activities for your team members, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policies
  4. Order consumables for stores, such as cleaning supplies, and maintain these within allocated budgets
  5. Contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day activities by performing core operational tasks alongside the team

You will be responsible for creating a roster to ensure all tasks and operations are covered, and you will work closely with the Store Leadership team to plan and coordinate routines and timeframes.

Requirements:
  1. Flexibility to work in different environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks
  2. A good eye for cleanliness and small details
  3. Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks
  4. The ability to work with other Department Managers and the Store Leadership Team to plan and coordinate routines and timeframes
  5. Organisation skills to ensure the team has all necessary equipment and supplies to work safely and efficiently

Comfortable working with regulated frameworks, including Food Safety, industrial regulations, and codes of conduct. A valid full Australian drivers licence is also essential for this role, as you may collect trolleys using our vehicles.
