Job Title: Student Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Student Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a seamless experience for prospective students.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse clients and develop high-level written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to manage complex client expectations with successful outcomes and utilize CRM systems for capturing lead and case data.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to use multiple systems simultaneously while working well under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective engagement strategies
  • Manage client relationships and expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Analyse data to inform business decisions

About the Role:

This position is based at our Melbourne CBD campus and involves working on campus 4-5 days a week. As a member of our Global Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for leading all sales and direct marketing activities, as well as international admissions and student services.
