We are seeking a leader to drive quality care excellence and lead our team through aged care reform. This role involves shaping how care is delivered, not just monitoring if it's delivered.

You will work with leaders to embed reform, strengthen clinical governance and drive a culture of quality that residents and families can feel every day. You will help us transform systems into something people love being part of.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, audit and accreditation processes
  • Demonstrated experience managing regulatory relationships
  • Strong skills in leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate quality, risk, and feedback trends into targeted improvement strategies
  • Demonstrated experience leading clinical incident reviews, complaint responses and continuous improvement planning
  • Working rights within Australia
  • National Police Clearance
