Desired Skills and Experience

Key Requirements

You may be a nurse, allied health professional, paramedic or any other registered health professional. What matters is your ability to connect with people, lead with purpose and turn ideas into actions.

  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, audit and accreditation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing regulatory relationships.
  • Strong skills in leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate quality, risk, and feedback trends into targeted improvement strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading clinical incident reviews, complaint responses and continuous improvement planning.
  • Working rights within Australia.
  • National Police Clearance.
