Job Title: Regional Aged Care Leader

This is a full-time permanent role where you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of exceptional service to all staff and residents. You will work closely with the finance manager, village coordinator, catering, cleaning and maintenance, supervisors, quality coordinator.

The successful candidate must have experience managing and providing leadership at a senior level in a rural aged care environment. They must also have a tertiary qualification in a relevant area such as Business, Finance, Health or similar. Leadership skills are essential along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working collaboratively with Boards to set a clear strategy and business focus is also required.

The benefits of this role include competitive salary plus super, salary packaging $18,550, flexible working arrangements - 5 days 38 hours or choose to do a 4 day working week or a 9 day fortnight. FREE Accommodation is provided whilst completing contract or if you want to work Monday to Friday onsite and then go home for the weekend.
