Job Description

As a key member of our banking team, you will have the opportunity to work with corporate and institutional clients worldwide, leveraging our global banking network.

We serve some of the highest growth and internationally minded companies in the market, delivering outstanding results and consistently high levels of support to existing and new clients.

As an Associate, you will partner with a Global Relationship Director supporting corporate clients, driving account management strategies, executing transactions and maintaining responsibility for day-to-day portfolio activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and position our solutions accordingly.
  • Developing an understanding of clients' industries and associated markets, including local and global dynamics.
  • Working with global product specialists to deliver high customer service levels to clients.
  • Ensuring adherence to credit policies, financial crime and regulatory compliance.
  • Providing support with instruction, negotiation and execution of client facility documentation requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven ability to work with corporate customers and their varying banking requirements.
  • Experience in corporate/institutional finance setting, with a fundamental understanding of key corporate banking products.
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with people at all levels.
