Corporate Banking Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a corporate banking role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Administer financial operations, including timesheet entry and billing
  • - Manage files and documents, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • - Prepare and edit documents for external and internal stakeholders
  • - Contribute to project management and presentations
  • - Perform general administration duties as required

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional with experience in a similar role to contribute to the growth and success of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Suite and billing & document management systems, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • - 3+ years experience in an administrative or legal secretarial role, preferably with corporate commercial exposure
  • - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
