We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Consultant to work closely with our client in Melbourne CBD, leading the implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the client's needs.
This is a 12-month daily rate contract, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week onsite in Melbourne CBD. If you are open to relocating, please note that you will need full-time working rights and relocation costs will not be covered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and collaborate with the client to understand their business processes and needs
- Provide technical leadership to developers when designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions
- Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow
Requirements:
- Experience with ServiceNow in a lead role
- Experience leading teams of developers and providing technical leadership
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Hands-on experience with the implementation of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently
