About the Role

This part-time position is based at our Blue Hills Manor Aged Care Home in Prestons, New South Wales.

You will work in a welcoming environment and enhance the lives of residents with compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal and daily care, maintaining dignity and respecting routines.
  • Provide person-centered care according to care plans.
  • Support residents in activities under supervision.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to perform required duties safely and efficiently.
  • A genuine listener, curious to understand people.
  • Driven by compassion, with a positive attitude.
