Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills? We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in Perth, working on high-profile construction projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals from Tier 1 backgrounds, providing a challenging and rewarding learning environment. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in the design, development, and construction of large-scale projects, with varied responsibilities daily.

  • Manage the contract administration process from preparation to monitoring and evaluation
  • Review and analyze contract terms for compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with project managers for timely contract execution and negotiation
  • Resolve issues related to contract compliance and develop effective solutions
  • Build relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders through strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of contract administration experience, preferably in construction
  • Experience with large-scale construction projects and ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
