Job Opportunity:

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a challenging role in performance and reward? We are seeking an experienced Manager of Performance & Reward to play a critical role in implementing our global remuneration strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy transparent, compliant, and efficient reward frameworks across the organization.
  • Uphold corporate governance and standards while addressing stakeholder expectations.
  • Influence remuneration outcomes and drive consistency and excellence in performance and reward practices globally.

What You'll Bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in remuneration consulting and/or corporate governance with knowledge of remuneration frameworks and policies.
  • Knowledge of relevant reward and recognition best practices.
  • Experience with remuneration and benefits technology.
  • System experience with SuccessFactors compensation module (ideally).
  • Excellent capability in data management, particularly Excel.
