Salary

The successful candidate will be employed on a variable-time contract with a guaranteed minimum of 25 hours per week. The hourly rate is $26.20 for the first 12 months, increasing after a three-month probationary period.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Theatre Production Trainee to join our team. This traineeship is designed for individuals who have not yet commenced their professional careers and want to gain experience in technical production.

You will work towards obtaining a nationally accredited qualification in live production and technical services. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our productions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia
  • Ability to commit to the full 12-month traineeship agreement
  • No prior qualifications above Certificate III level in a similar technical production field
