Enhancing Organisational Resilience

This position plays a vital role in enhancing the organisation's resilience by effectively planning, preparing, responding to and recovering from adverse events and business disruption.
The Business Continuity Manager will provide strategic crisis and business continuity management advice and expertise to review, analyse, develop and implement crisis management and business continuity plans.
- Support incident response and recovery activities where required to enable the firm to manage a crisis event and meet compliance requirements.
- Implement, maintain and document management of BC plans to ensure seamless operations.
- Facilitate and coordinate the execution and completion of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) globally.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 5 years + experience within a business continuity and/or Operational Resilience environment.
- In-depth knowledge of technology and business concepts, life cycles and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in business continuity management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
