Business Continuity and Critical Incident Lead

This role focuses on developing organisational resilience through effective business continuity management and critical incident response.

A key responsibility is to collaborate with the Business Resilience team to enhance assurance and compliance capabilities, driving growth and improvement within the organisation.

The successful candidate will lead organisational resilience efforts, uplift practices, policies, and procedures, and promote awareness and capability in the critical incident control environment.

This leadership role requires strong collaboration, communication, and organisational skills, as well as experience in business continuity and critical incident/disaster response planning, crisis management, operations, compliance, and risk management roles.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in business continuity and critical incident/disaster response planning and crisis management.
  • Proven ability to champion and promote compliance and business resilience regimes throughout the organisation.
