Job Opportunity: Resilience and Sustainability Professional

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering and supporting projects that align with the organisation's resilience and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research on resilience trends, best practices and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making
  • Analysing data and relevant metrics to provide recommendations that enhance organisational resilience
  • Identifying and sourcing reliable data to track organisational performance
  • Monitoring and collating data and reports to senior stakeholders
  • Developing project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery

This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and build relationships.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring, with a proven track record of delivering projects within budget and timelines
  • Demonstrated experience in resilience, sustainability, community engagement, and/or local government environment
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and make decisions quickly, while maintaining high-quality outputs

You will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
