Job Title: Dedicated Support Professional

Glow Healthcare Agency is a provider of aged care, disability support, therapeutic services, complex care, and child and youth services in across NSW.

We offer staff to various healthcare facilities and prioritize collaboration, partnership, and brokerage of services in aged care, disability, mental health, and for carers. Our mission is to positively impact the community through integrated and networked service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage challenging clients and difficult environments while providing personal care and assistance to disabled individuals.
  • Help clients achieve their personal goals and independence.
  • Assist in social, recreational, and community participation activities.
  • Manage challenging behaviors and provide support.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Australian work rights are essential.
  • National Police Clearance within 12 months or willing to obtain.
  • NDIS verification check or willingness to get one.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a support worker.
  • Driver's license with access to a car is desirable.
