Dedicated Dental Support Professional

We are a specialist periodontal practice seeking a highly skilled and organized dental support professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with patients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide chairside assistance to dental practitioners during various procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment by sterilizing instruments.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace by identifying and mitigating hazards.
- Offer administrative support as needed to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Prior experience with dental software is desirable.
- Ability to establish rapport and put patients at ease in a calm and composed manner.
- Exemplary professionalism, excellent personal presentation, and strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification preferred.
Work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with no weekend commitments. We look forward to welcoming the ideal candidate to our team.
