Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance to individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions in their daily lives.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting clients to reach their goals and have the ability to work minimum 20 hours per week. You will be required to have compassion for people with disability and/or mental illness and professional or lived experience supporting someone with a disability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Knowledge of disability support services and practices
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
