As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and social support. You will also be accountable for identifying and reporting any changes in your client's condition and supporting their independence and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and support according to our guidelines and the client's care plan">
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment for our clients">
  • Report any notable observations or changes in client health and wellbeing to your supervisor">
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information according to our guidelines">
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders">
  • Participate in mandatory training and maintain records of all completed training">

Requirements:

  • Possess an Australian Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent qualification">
  • Have a registered and insured car and valid driver's licence">
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate">
  • Be vaccinated against the flu yearly and Covid-19 immunisation">
  • Previous experience working in community or aged care is desirable">
  • Expectation to travel within the designated regions">
