Pet Nutrition Business Development Lead

- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer engagement, promotional planning, volume forecasting, spend projections, and ROI reviews.
- Coordinate stakeholder relationships, prepare QBRs, and submit NPDs.
- Partner with Supply Chain and S&OP teams for accurate forecasting and demand planning.
- Drive alignment between internal teams and customers for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- You are a commercially astute National Account Executive or Account Manager with a strong understanding of grocery retail.
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and can turn insights into action.
- You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You have a proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on timelines.
- You have analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- You are confident with forecasts, budgets, and trade spend.
- Prior experience with Coles, Woolworths, or Independent channels is ideal.
- You are skilled in negotiation and have a deep understanding of trading variables.
