The Opportunity

  • You'll work on financial models to understand performance and identify trends.
  • Help the Manufacturing & Supply Chain team optimize production and reduce costs.
  • Support stakeholders with data analysis and insights that drive business decisions.

As a Junior FP&A Analyst, you'll be part of a collaborative team turning numbers into actionable business insight. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, analyze data, and provide recommendations that inform strategic business decisions.

This role offers variety, jumping in on analytical projects, preparing datasets, creating first-cut reports, and building analysis that influences decisions across the business.

You'll also support process improvements—testing ideas, documenting changes, and spotting ways to make reporting faster and smarter.

And every month, you'll help shape the story of the business by contributing to the budget vs actuals reporting, pulling results together and drafting analysis that helps the team see the bigger picture.
