About the Role

This consulting role requires exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with customers and internal teams. You will be working closely with various stakeholders, including sales and technical teams.

As a consultant, you will play a key role in delivering IT infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Customers, Partners, Sales and Technical teams in a cross-functional role.
  • Ensure assigned IT infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the agreed specifications.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions, both remotely and on-site.
  • Provide pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary information to effectively engage with customers.
Requirements
  • Experience working with external enterprise customers delivering projects in professional services environments is essential.
  • Design, implementation, and optimization experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange is highly desirable.
  • Virtualization experience, including VMware, Hyper-V, and AHV, is also a requirement.
  • Australian Citizenship and NV1 security clearance are mandatory requirements for this role.
