About the Role

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead a team to plan and manage large-scale infrastructure projects. Your objective is to deliver these projects on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Project Engineers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Area Supervisors to develop construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage workforce, safety, quality, and scheduling needs to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee traffic management and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Track variations and report them in a timely manner.
About You
  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Project Management certification (PMBOK, PMP, Prince2) would be advantageous.
  • You must have proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in leadership roles.
