Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex ICT infrastructure programs and projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the Technology & Enabling Program and other approved projects, liaising with ICT operational areas and project stakeholders, undertaking high-level stakeholder consultations, managing program budgets and schedules, and providing strategic guidance and leadership to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex ICT infrastructure programs and projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Lead and manage the Technology & Enabling Program and other approved projects.
  • Liaise with ICT operational areas and project stakeholders to ensure controlled progression of projects.
  • Undertake high-level stakeholder consultations and develop strategic plans.
  • Manage program budgets and schedules to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver projects successfully.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in delivering complex ICT infrastructure programs and projects.
  • Able to work within a structured ICT and project management governance framework.
  • High-level management skills including the ability to lead, plan and deliver to a high standard.
  • Able to adopt and adapt project management methods and tools to ensure effective project monitoring and control processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in monitoring and controlling resources, revenue and expenditures against project budgets.

Desirable Skills

The following skills are desirable but not essential:

  • Experience in establishing or reconfiguring core ICT infrastructure under capital works.
  • 3+ years' experience in delivering ICT infrastructure projects across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Essential 8 and PSPF.
