Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist.
As the face of our customer experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via multiple channels. This role requires a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and timeliness in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Inquiry Handling: Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that customers feel heard and supported.
- Communication: Communicate clearly with customers about their needs and provide informed solutions, building trust and rapport through open and compassionate communication.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and offering effective solutions, maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions for audit and compliance purposes.
About You:
- You have prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment.
- You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build empathy and rapport with customers.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You maintain a high level of attention to detail and focus on quality in documentation and interactions.
