Customer Experience Transformation Data Expert

We are seeking a skilled data expert to join our nationwide Customer Experience Transformation Program. This role involves leveraging data insights to drive better decisions, improve customer outcomes, and shape the future of services relied on by millions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with program leaders and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and embed strong data governance practices.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that combine data, graphics, and storytelling to influence strategic decisions.
  • Drive efficiency improvements by analyzing financial and operational performance, providing recommendations, and reducing cost-to-serve.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify customer pain points and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a data ambassador, promoting adoption of analytics and innovative reporting solutions across the enterprise.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in large, complex data environments.
