Exceptional Service Expert

This role is focused on delivering exceptional service to our guests at the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tend to the guests and exceed their expectations during the service period
  • Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with attention to detail
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer interaction
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks, contributing to a seamless service delivery
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences that drive repeat business

About You:
  • Hold a current RSA certificate
  • Be willing to work PM shifts
  • Possess basic wine knowledge
  • Have relevant experience in a similar role
  • Hold valid working rights in Australia
  • Be enthusiastic about career progression
  • Be self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment
