About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our Child and Family Team in Sydney. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with individuals with disabilities, providing life-changing speech pathology services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapy programs to support participants in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Provide evidence-based speech pathology services to NDIS participants
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Registration
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferably in NDIS/disability settings)
