Key Responsibilities

  • Identify refinancing opportunities and assist customers with new purchase financing
  • Utilize our online platform to help customers upload documents and provide key information prior to their appointments

You will work closely with our team of brokers to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will be required to continuously improve your sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training and development.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales aptitude with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone
  • Detail-oriented approach to handling customer information and financial data
  • Goal-oriented attitude with a drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Basic understanding of financial products and interest in the mortgage industry
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and online platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

A background in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred. University students in their final year or recent graduates are encouraged to apply. You will be required to commit to full-time office attendance for the first three months of employment.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is AUD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This package includes access to ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to grow and succeed within the company.
