Cloud Solutions Architect Manager

Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for cloud computing? Do you have experience in leading teams of senior engineers or solutions architects?

As a Cloud Solutions Architect Manager, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring a team of solutions architects to guide startups through their cloud journey. You will collaborate with sales leaders to align people with business priorities that drive startup growth on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, onboard, train, and develop new solutions architects and solution architecture managers.
  • Coach solutions architects to conduct technical sessions and transfer deep technical skills to customers.
  • Formulate and execute customer-focused strategies to drive adoption of AWS services.
  • Guide the development of whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value customer-facing guidance and best practices.
  • Own the technical strategy to increase customer value and adoption of well-architected AWS solutions across Media and Entertainment customers.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of enterprise IT application work with at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider.
  • 8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles.
