About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our Public Sector team, where you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a strategy to drive adoption of cloud services within critical strategic accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who want to leverage their technical expertise to drive business outcomes. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.

Your responsibilities will include leading complex technical projects, collaborating with internal teams, and developing deep expertise in AWS technologies. You will also have the opportunity to innovate daily and help shape the future of cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex technical projects, potentially coordinating multiple teams.
  • Develop deep expertise in AWS technologies as well as broad knowledge of how applications and services are constructed on the AWS platform.
  • Drive technical solution discussions and dive deep into details with customer teams.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills to represent Amazon well within a customer's environment and drive discussions with senior personnel. You should also have a strong technical background to interact with software developers and architects.

Above all, you should be able to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
  • 7+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
  • Ability to lead complex technical projects, potentially coordinating multiple teams.
