Reservations Agent
We are seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to join our team. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for handling hotel accommodation enquiries for our properties.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Process and manage room bookings and cancellations.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotels, reservations, call centre or administration is essential.
Skillset:
- Polished and clear communication skills.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail.
