Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quoting available packages to maximise seating revenue.
  • Answering questions and providing information about menus.
  • Ensuring a smooth reservation experience.

Requirements:

  • 1 year's experience working in hospitality or a call centre environment.
  • Experience with hospitality reservation systems (advantageous).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Professional, upbeat, friendly personality.
  • Well-developed communication skills.
  • Availability to work a rotating seven-day roster, including nights and weekends.

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
