Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Reservation Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and possess a creative problem-solving approach. Additionally, they should be expert in using Opera System.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes. They will also process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately verify availability of room type and rate.
- Respond to challenges in accommodating rooming requests, ensuring proper billing accounts according to accounting policies.
- Assist reservation agents in troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting guest issues and concerns.
- Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
- Accommodate and document special requests.
- Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
- Foster strong relationships with guests to ensure maximum revenue generation.
