Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in the success of our strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing personalized support and guidance to drive adoption and value realization.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with assigned portfolio to foster long-term retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
  • Engage in continuous discovery to identify upsell opportunities and drive expansion revenue within their portfolio.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise to inform business decisions and advocate for customer interests.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management/Customer Success, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of leading customer onboardings and managing end-to-end implementation processes to drive successful product adoption.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt to diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with ability to tailor communication style and delivery to meet stakeholder requirements.
