- Strong communication skills for effective client engagement

- Ability to work efficiently with electronic filing systems and online platforms

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Quoting new business opportunities

- Managing incoming queries from clients via phone

- Processing endorsements, cancellations and debtors in a timely manner

- Assisting clients with enquiries and claims lodgement
