Seeking Quality Customer Service Experts

Permanent positions with 3 days WFH a week offer the opportunity to work for a leading insurance provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced call centre environment.
  • Manage data entry, administration and policy holder details with high accuracy.
  • Escalate issues promptly and effectively flag to relevant areas.
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to resolve customer queries.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in Call Centre or Customer Service roles.
  • Strong understanding of Insurance, Super or Financial services is highly regarded.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Access with high attention to detail.

A Day in the Life:

As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for providing quality service and administration to clients holding various insurance policies. Your day will consist of data entry, taking inbound calls, managing escalations, updating policy holder details and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
