Veterinarian Officer – Pet Insurance

Purpose of the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in the Operations Leadership team.
You will help manage routine and complex claims, resolve customer queries, and elevate the team's technical knowledge and service standards.
You will by nature be customer-centric and possess strong leadership skills.
You will: Use your professional veterinary experience to advise the team on pet health issues and assist in making claims decisions.
