Job Summary:
Michael Page is seeking an experienced Director of Supported Living to lead our client's Supported Living service in the Midlands. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership to deliver excellent experiences for customers.
About the Role:
- Lead the Supported Living service, ensuring high-quality experiences for customers across the Midlands.
- Develop and implement robust long-term strategies to enhance performance and drive business growth.
- Provide operational leadership, ensuring effective management of teams and resources.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders, including customers, staff, and external partners, to build strong relationships and promote the service.
About You:
- Proven track record in leading Supported Living services, with experience in strategic planning and operational management.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the Supported Living sector.
