Support Disability Coaches Needed

An exceptional NDIS Service Coach is needed to support people with disability to live a life of their choosing.
The role will involve working closely with support workers and clients to facilitate collaborative, capable and client-focused Self-Managed Teams (SMTs).
The ideal candidate will have experience in the NDIS sector, strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards, leadership or coaching experience, passion for person-centred, strengths-based approaches, excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills, a love for building great relationships, driver's licence and a reliable vehicle, and an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
About the Role- Foster a culture of collaboration, autonomy and empowerment within teams.
- Guide primary workers to step into their leadership roles with clarity and purpose.
- Manage service intake, planning and reviews in collaboration with participants and their teams.
- Engage regularly with your team, building strong culture and proactive practice.
- Ensure quality, safeguarding and compliance are embedded into everyday work.
- Provide monthly reporting to contribute to organisation-wide service insights.
- Experience in the NDIS sector.
- Leadership or coaching experience.
- Passion for person-centred, strengths-based approaches.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- A love for building great relationships.
- Driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
