Job Title: Support Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Support Coach to join our team. As a key member of our employment services team, you will be responsible for working closely with vulnerable customers to help them find sustainable employment.

Your role will involve mentoring and coaching individuals to build their employability skills, connecting people to job opportunities and external support services, and maintaining accurate records and managing client information in line with government systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaborate in a team, motivation to meet individual targets and KPIs, solid administration skills and confidence with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry), great attention to detail and ability to manage pressure, and a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
