We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team at ECI Software Solutions.

Job SummaryThis role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute positively to the growth of our Manufacturing Division - Customer Success Team.
As an ERP Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with clients to configure our ERP applications, develop operating procedures, and train implementation teams to meet specific business goals and customer needs.
You will be responsible for reviewing current business processes, aligning them with best practices, and integrating them into seamless ERP implementations.
Your diverse business process understanding will enable you to assist in the development and documentation of best practice recommendations for common ERP business processes across multiple manufacturing environments.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and challenges.
- Develop and document best practice recommendations for common ERP business processes across multiple manufacturing environments.
- Train customer implementation teams on core body of knowledge concepts and principles and on the operation of our ERP applications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the implementation runs smoothly, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Strong ERP product knowledge and experience preferred.
- Understanding of common industry business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in support or implementation role.
- Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to users with varying levels of technical expertise via telephone and in-person.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, delivers high-quality work, self-motivated, and an internal desire to succeed.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, based on the location and level of experience.
