Job Title

As a specialist in Employee Relations, you will play a vital role in providing HR support and expertise to our team. You will assist management and staff on employment matters, ensuring compliance and fostering a fair, supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice on employment issues, offering clear, consistent guidance to management and staff.
  • Support managers through dispute resolution and performance management processes.
  • Research and recommend strategies on industrial relations reforms and emerging issues.
  • Advise line managers and staff on change management to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Lead special HR projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Conduct exit interviews and generate insights to improve staff retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, including enterprise agreement negotiations and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
