About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for assisting with ongoing payroll and benefits operations.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to conduct new hire orientation, maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll files, and provide assistance to employees with department-related questions and concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain employee payroll/benefit files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct New Employee Orientation, including welcoming new employees, presenting information, policy, paperwork, acknowledgement, and education.
- Forward appropriate payroll information to senior management.
- Foster a customer-driven approach to deliver exceptional services.
- Collaborate with staff to achieve objectives related to department operation.
- Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and customized software.
