Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Transport Operator to work on Hamilton Island in a permanent full-time role.

Role Overview:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by transporting guests around the island, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Drive shuttle services and operate after-hours taxi services, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Deliver an informative commentary for incoming guests, showcasing the beauty and attractions of the island.
  • Assist with boarding and disembarking, as well as luggage handling as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a valid QLD MR license and possess an impeccable driving record.
  • Meet industry authority requirements (QLD) or be eligible to apply.
  • Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Prior experience as a bus driver is highly valued, along with any tourism, resort, or tour guiding background.
  • Exhibit a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service experiences.
