Job Title: Island Transportation Operator

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Specialist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of our transportation team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and ensuring the safe transportation of guests around the island.

  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by greeting guests and shuttling them to their destinations in a timely manner.
  • Operate shuttle loop services and after-hours taxi services with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain vehicles in a clean, safe, and operable condition at all times.

About You:

  • You will need to hold a current QLD MR licence and have an impeccable driving record.
  • QLD Industry Authority is also required or must be eligible to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Prior experience as a bus driver is highly regarded.
  • Tourism, resort, or tour guide experience would be an advantage.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and going the extra mile is necessary for success in this role.
